The Location:

Sao Paulo, Brazil. Everybody who has ever been to Sao Paulo knows about the Churrascaria. On the top, Fogo de Chao. This is the place my buddy (called THE GRINGO LOCO a/k/a Uncle Bob) took me once and where I found out that falling in love is not just between a man and women, no it is rather a relationship of love between my stomach and the best meat I´ve ever met, Fraldinha.

Just a few words I´m a 28 year old sales agent and travelling around the world looking for new love relationships but I´m still addicted to my only tender Fraldinha but let´s go back… Everything started like a normal business trip but it should end with a huge enjoyment. I guess Churrascaria is a word you know the meaning!!! So there are many places in Sao Paulo where you can go for Churrascaria but only one to which you will think back when you leave the country, Fogo de Chao.

Dish:

Motto is all you can eat. From chicken to sausages everything will served. Salad bar is strictly not recommended to leave enough space for meat, beside palm hearts love these greens. J. Do you know how many waiters in a normal restaurant are running around ? I don´t know but Fogo de Chao has a lot. So take a seat and enjoy when waiters come with there spears to cut you the desired piece of meat. The choice of beef you have is awesome so don´t worry here you will find something for every taste. For my taste the best beef was definitely Fraldinha and after 10 min. being in the restaurant the waiter does know that and so he stayed close to our table all the evening. Side dishes are not necessarily to be mentioned, when you enter Fogo de Chao you know why !!!

After reading this short blog and your experience you made please vote for the following. Gringo Loco and me were thinking about to open a restaurant called FOGO DE HOOTERS. I mean what could be better to combine these great things to bring a smile to every guest…
