Brandt Farms Berksihire Porkchop From The Rockwood Grill In The Desert Springs Mariott In Palm Springs, CA

I almost ordered it medium rare on the recommendation of the host, but chickened out at the last minute.  It was still juicy and delicious, but not quite tender enough.  My bad.  And make sure and also order a specialty sauce like apricot or something.  If not you’ll get the standard butter cup and it’s already got enough of that stuff on it.  Enjoy.

I’d have a very hard time ordering a pork chop with a rib eye on the menu. Still haunted by Peter Brady’s “Pork chops and applesauce” comment and I’m convinced that pork chops are ALWAYS dry.

    Duly noted.

The ultimate rib eye meatscape comes out on Friday. If you approve we’ll head to the A-Frame for some post game chow when you come down south to play Bushwood. But hit the ATM on your way because if they have any of the limited availability eye left it’s even more than the guest fee at BW.
